DELIVERY

• We aim to ship all orders within 2 – 3 days of confirmation.

• We ship Monday - Fridays (not including UK bank holidays).

• Orders are sent tracked and signed for via one of our shipping partners.

• N.B - In rare circumstances we may contact you to discuss your delivery if for example you have bought multiple large items.  Please also feel free to contact us first if you wish to discuss such cases.

INTERNATIONAL

• Shipping is calculated by weight and will be shown automatically at the checkout once you have selected your destination country.

• Shipping will be delivered with any duties unpaid.  Some countries charge duties, taxes and other official levies and you must be prepared to pay these in order to successfully receive your goods.

• Please allow for the following time frames for delivery depending on your destination

  • Europe: 4 - 5 days

  • USA: 7 - 9 days

  • Asia: 7 - 11 days

  • Caribbean: 8 - 10 days

  • Africa: 13 - 15 days
