Re-conditioned doesn't mean low quality. These modules are as new and are perfect for those on a budget. All our modules are examined, tested and guaranteed in the UK to the functional equivalent of a new module by hybrid specialists. They are brought up to the industry standard of at least 7.2v and are rigorously tested to ensure they hold their capacity whilst in use. Please note, the voltage will vary between 7.2v to 8v.
 
Installation We recommend modules are installed within a month of delivery. Transportation and storage can result in a small voltage loss however this can be corrected if the car is run continuously for a short while once the pack is fitted.
 
Recycling We will more than happily recycle your old modules.  Please contact us for more information.
 
Warranty Our usual return policy applies but unfortunately we cannot provide an extended
warranty on the purchase of individual modules because we cannot guarantee the quality of the other modules ours will be fitted with.  To have the assurance of warranty, we recommend either our brand new packs with 3 years warranty, or our tested and quality checked refurbished packs that come with 1 years warranty included.
 
If any of the following applies within the usual return policy period, we will exchange: the module fails, the module voltage drops below 7.2v, the current charge capacity drops below 6000maH, or the current discharge capacity drops below 5000maH within the warranty period. Please note, we record all serial numbers in compliance with GDPR and in order to exchange, the serial number must match our records.
